1SafeRE is a safety check-in application designed for real estate professionals. The Service allows users to set timers and automatically notify emergency contacts if they fail to check in.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Ensuring your emergency contacts have consented to receive alerts
• Providing accurate location and contact information
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Emergency Alerts

The Service attempts to send emergency alerts, but we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors beyond our control including network issues, device problems, or contact availability. 1SafeRE is a supplementary safety tool and should not replace standard safety protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability

1SafeRE and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to failed notifications, location inaccuracies, or emergency response delays.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
